Terms of Use
Welcome to IncluHub. These terms are an agreement between you and IncluHub ("IncluHub", "we", "us") about your use of network.incluhub.in and the IncluHub service. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data.
The short version
- IncluHub is free for creators, and we take no commission on your work.
- You own your content. You let us use it to run IncluHub and match you with brands.
- Deals, contracts and payments are directly between you and the brand; IncluHub isn't a party to them.
- Be honest, respectful and lawful. Accounts that aren't may be suspended.
- You can delete your account at any time.
1. About these terms
By creating an account or using IncluHub, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use IncluHub. IncluHub is a private creator network: creators and creative professionals keep one professional profile, and we curate them into the private communities of brands that need their skills.
2. Who can join
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You may create one account, for yourself only. Accounts can't be shared or transferred.
- The information you provide must be accurate and your own, and you must keep it up to date.
3. Your account
Keep your password confidential, and tell us promptly at contact@incluhub.in if you think someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity on your account unless it results from our failure to keep the service secure.
4. Free for creators
Creating and maintaining an IncluHub profile is free. IncluHub is paid by brands for their private community services. We do not charge creators and do not take a commission on what brands pay you. If we ever introduce an optional paid service for creators, it will be clearly marked, and you will never be charged without agreeing first.
5. Your profile and content
You own the content you add to IncluHub, including your photos, portfolio, descriptions and other material ("your content").
So that we can run the service, you give IncluHub a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, store, copy, display, analyse (including with AI) and process your content for the purpose of operating IncluHub: verifying your profile, matching you with brands and opportunities, and showing your profile to brands whose private communities you have joined. This licence ends when you delete your content or your account, except for copies in backups, which are removed as those backups expire. We will not use your content in our own advertising without asking you first.
You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload or link to, including permission from any people, brands or collaborators shown in your work, and that your content does not infringe anyone else's rights.
6. Verification
We may review profiles to award the IncluHub Verified badge. Verification is at our discretion, may take time, and can be withdrawn if information turns out to be inaccurate. Verification means we have reviewed your profile; it is not a guarantee of your work, and it does not guarantee that you will receive invitations or opportunities.
7. Working with brands
- Brands invite creators into their private communities. You choose whether to accept each invitation, and you can leave a community later.
- Any collaboration, including its scope, deliverables, rates, contracts and payment, is agreed directly between you and the brand. IncluHub is not a party to those agreements, is not an employer or agent of either side, and is not responsible for a brand's or a creator's performance or payments.
- Each brand community may have its own guidelines, which you agree to follow when you join it.
- Please use your own judgment before agreeing to work, and tell us about any brand or user who behaves inappropriately.
8. AI-assisted suggestions
IncluHub uses AI to suggest matches, opportunities and profile improvements, as described in our Privacy Policy. Suggestions are provided to help you and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Final decisions are made by people: by IncluHub's team, by brands and by you.
9. Acceptable use
When using IncluHub, you must not:
- give false or misleading information, impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your work or experience;
- upload content that is unlawful, obscene, hateful, defamatory, infringing, or that you don't have the right to share;
- harass, threaten, discriminate against or exploit other users or brands;
- share other people's personal data without their permission, or use data from IncluHub for spam or unrelated purposes;
- scrape, copy or harvest data from IncluHub, or use bots or automated tools to access it;
- try to break, overload or get around IncluHub's security, or access accounts or data that aren't yours;
- use IncluHub for any illegal purpose.
10. Suspension and deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Dashboard → Settings. We may suspend or remove accounts or content that break these terms or the law, or that put other users at risk. Where reasonable, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.
11. Changes to the service and these terms
IncluHub is growing, and some features, such as brand memberships, opportunities and messages, are marked "coming soon". We may add, change or remove features. We may also update these terms; when a change is significant, we will notify you by email or on your dashboard before it takes effect. If you keep using IncluHub after a change takes effect, the updated terms apply.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
IncluHub is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it accurate, secure and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted, or that you will receive any particular number of invitations or opportunities.
To the extent permitted by law, IncluHub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from your dealings with brands or other users. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
